I've been going to Personal Image Salon & Spa forever and highly recommend this gem of a place. Charles, the owner, is exceptionally talented at everything and I'm always grateful to him for making my hair look and feel great. He's also a very caring person and an inspiring local business owner. Everyone else I've seen here -- including Leslie for massage and Siera for facials and makeup -- has also been outstanding. A Lifesaver and a Blonde Colorist Extraordinaire! I cannot say enough about Samantha at Personal Image Salon in East Lansing. She is truly a blonde colorist extraordinaire, an absolute magician with hair!
